Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your key responsibilities will include:

Your expertise will empower them to find balance in their lives, reconnect with their communities, and build resilience.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, you should possess the following:

• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A current license in good standing as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).

• The ability to provide independent clinical practice without the need for supervision.
\n
• No disciplinary actions on your license.
\n
• Strong comprehension of mental health issues and dedication to client advocacy.
\n
• Proficient digital skills for remote practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Step Up on Second offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additional benefits include:
