Remote Account Manager

Building lasting relationships with clients, the full-time Remote Account Manager will identify client needs, deliver presentations on services, negotiate deals, and drive revenue growth through strategic account management. Key responsibilities: Conduct in-depth research to identify potential business opportunities and upselling prospects Utilize proprietary sales tools to convert leads into clients and maintain positive business relationships Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective prospect strategies and plans Required qualifications: 5+ years of experience in account management or similar roles within the IT/Tech industry Proven track record of closing deals and developing long-term client relationships Strong selling, communication, and negotiation skills Excellent prioritization, time management, and organizational skills Experience or degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related IT field is a plus
