New Business Development Representative

Job Summary Business Development Representative is responsible to generate business and create new company relationships to align with AI–based solutions that enable data‑driven decisions for a more sustainable supply chain. This role is not a pure SoftwareasaService (SaaS) sales position. In addition to selling software solutions, it’s accountable to be closely involved in implementation and project-based customer engagements and working hand‑in‑hand with our delivery teams in Germany. This role includes travel. Job Description Key Accountabilities: Drive new business development activities and actively contribute to our US market entry Own the end‑to‑end sales process from first contact to handover to project delivery Sell a combination of SaaS solutions and implementation project services Collaborate closely with project and delivery teams in Germany to ensure successful customer outcomes Conduct market and customer research to identify opportunities and industry trends Continuously sharpen the sales approach and identify new opportunities Manage leads, opportunities and pipeline in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system Meet or exceed defined sales targets Independently develop and execute account and market plans supported by action plans and benchmarks for measuring progress Meet tk Aerospace Employee Attributes/Competencies The above is intended to describe the general content of and requirement for the performance of this job.
