Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and provide evidence-based psychotherapy services tailored to the individual needs of clients.

• Participate in ongoing quality assurance and quality improvement audits to maintain compliance with organizational policies, funding requirements, and legal regulations.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and families to create integrated treatment plans that promote holistic well-being.

• Provide clinical consultation both in-person and via phone during crisis and non-crisis situations, ensuring clients receive timely support.

• Maintain accurate and timely data entry into the AWARDS electronic health record system, ensuring all client documentation is current and compliant.

• Engage actively in agency meetings, training, and professional development sessions to enhance personal and organizational growth.
\n
• Manage the intern recruitment process, including interviews, onboarding, and training, aligning all efforts with agency objectives.

• Participate in the evaluation and supervision of interns, ensuring their growth and learning aligns with best practices and agency standards.

• Coordinate with community resources, schools, and other clinical supervisors to monitor caseloads and develop strategies for success.

• Ensure that the work environment is safe and orderly, reporting any maintenance or safety issues promptly.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Humane Pathways, you will primarily serve a diverse clientele, including adults, children, and families experiencing a range of emotional and social issues. Qualifications\n
