Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individual and couples therapy sessions addressing varying clinical presentations, ensuring tailored therapeutic approaches for each client's unique needs.

• Maintain accurate and timely record-keeping and documentation of therapy notes and client sessions, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations and organizational policies.

• Efficiently schedule and manage therapeutic appointments, leveraging an organized calendar to ensure client needs are met and regular follow-ups occur.

• Engage in ongoing training and peer collaboration, actively participating in team meetings and feedback sessions to optimize therapeutic techniques and personal growth.

• Foster and uphold professionalism, cultural competency, and ethical standards in all client interactions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client base ranging from children to adults, presenting with various mental health challenges. The ideal candidate understands the importance of building strong therapeutic bonds and recognizes each client's individual journey in mental health.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work or Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution.
\n
• Current, independent LCSW licensure in the state of Texas.
\n
• Strong therapeutic boundaries, cultural competence, and self-motivation.

• Excellent organizational skills and a commitment to providing compassionate care.
\n
• Availability to work full-time, with a minimum of 20-25 clinical hours each week, including two evening sessions.

Preferred Experience\n

• Substantial experience working with couples in a therapeutic setting is highly valued and will be considered an asset.

• Additional training in specific therapeutic modalities or approaches.

• Prior experience in community mental health settings or practice management is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, with additional performance-based bonuses available. As a W2 employee, you will enjoy comprehensive benefits, including:
