Work Environment

The Physical Therapist will work onsite in a dynamic home care setting, ensuring personalized treatment plans and direct engagement with patients in their own environments. The full-time schedule will operate from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, fostering a balanced work-life environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality orthopedic care tailored to the specific needs and goals of each patient.
• Effectively manage a diverse caseload, prioritizing personalized attention and tracking individual progress.
• Utilize evidence-based practice to develop rehabilitation strategies that significantly enhance patients' mobility and functional independence.

• Create holistic treatment plans that integrate various therapeutic modalities, including manual therapy techniques and exercise regimens.

• Document patient interactions meticulously using EMR software, ensuring accuracy in recording treatment and progress.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your expertise in orthopedic physical therapy will be crucial in addressing their unique challenges and facilitating a smoother recovery process. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required; a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred.
• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of New Jersey with a clean record.
• Proficient in various manual therapy techniques and clinical therapy modalities.
• Experience in developing and implementing effective exercise regimens tailored to patient needs.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems, preferably Web PT, for efficient documentation and patient tracking.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this position ranges from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and expertise.
