Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Make a difference by supporting students in a dynamic educational setting as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Multiple contract roles are open in the upcoming academic year for enthusiastic, compassionate professionals ready to have a positive impact on K-12 students requiring speech and language services. These are full-time, onsite positions, offering 35 hours per week within an inclusive learning environment. Orientation is scheduled for August 12-14, and the school year will begin shortly after. Strong clinical fellows are also encouraged to apply for these roles.

Skills & Experience Sought:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current and active Illinois SLP license (provide screenshot as proof; see verification link)
• Professional Educator License (PEL) for Illinois (provide screenshot; see verification link)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; strong CFs considered
• Experience or interest in supporting K-12 student populations
• Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills
• Commitment to providing services onsite at the school location

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and assess students with speech, language, and communication needs
• Create, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
• Directly provide intervention services to students across a variety of grade levels and needs
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to foster student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings, contribute documentation, and advocate for student support
• Maintain accurate records that comply with district and state requirements
