Candidates will enjoy working at a single elementary school site, focusing exclusively on an elementary caseload of up to 35-40 students.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Illinois SLP licensure (or eligible)
• Bilingual in Spanish or fluent; essential for dual-enrollment caseload
• Accepting Clinical Fellows (CFY) with mentorship available
• Familiarity with or willingness to work within a dual-language/Spanish-speaking student setting
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative SLP services for elementary students
• Develop and implement IEPs and treatment plans
• Conduct assessments and progress monitoring
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary staff
• Maintain compliance with documentation and reporting requirements
• Engage with the dual-language curriculum and Spanish-speaking families
