Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to understand their unique mental health challenges and collaboratively develop effective treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMFT at Compassionate Health Center, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, families, and adolescents. Your experience will support various mental health issues such as trauma, anxiety, depression, and addiction. We particularly value therapists with experience engaging with clients from diverse backgrounds, including those from communities of color and the LGBTQIA+ population, ensuring that all clients receive culturally appropriate and sensitive care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• A current and valid LMFT license issued by the state of New Jersey.

• A minimum of two years of full-time clinical counseling experience.

Compensation and Benefits\n
