Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT at Compassionate Health Center, your day-to-day role will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to identify mental health challenges and develop tailored, effective treatment plans.

• Providing individual therapy utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques aimed at fostering personal growth and improving client well-being.
\n
• Benchmarking client progress against established therapeutic goals, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to enhance outcomes.

• Engaging in mandatory staff meetings, group supervision, and one-on-one meetings with team managers and clinical supervisors to ensure continuous professional development.

• Staying attuned to the latest trends and innovative practices in mental health therapy through ongoing education and training.

• Maintaining meticulous documentation to meet ethical standards and compliance requirements.
\n
• Offering teletherapy solutions to clients who may find it challenging to attend in-person sessions, ensuring continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will interact with a broad range of clients, including individuals, couples, families, children, and adolescents. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.

• Current state-issued LMFT license to practice is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
