Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy to clients utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to accurately evaluate client needs and collaboratively create personalized treatment plans aimed at achieving specific therapeutic goals.

• Work closely with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate care and provide comprehensive support to clients.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client sessions and progress notes in accordance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies to ensure continuity of care.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by staying updated on the latest mental health research and best practices, applying this knowledge to enhance client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, including adults and families from various backgrounds, addressing a broad spectrum of mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.
