Compensation: Fully Commission Based, Year 1 OTE: $250,000+

Role Overview

We are looking for hyper-aggressive, highly motivated Field Sales Representatives to be on the front lines of our acquisitions team. This role is not for order-takers —it’s for closers. You will meet with motivated sellers face-to-face, provide customer service, build rapport quickly, overcome objections, and get contracts signed. Your mission: turn every qualified lead into a signed deal.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home or on-site property visits with motivated sellers
\n
• Present offers and negotiate aggressively to secure win-win deals
\n
• Build instant rapport to earn trust and keep sellers engaged
\n
• Handle objections with confidence and control
\n
• Manage leads in Salesforce CRM with urgency
\n
• Collaborate with lead managers, underwriters, and acquisitions team to hit annual targets
\n
• Maintain a full pipeline through consistent follow-up and relationship building
\n
• Close contracts in person at the table whenever possible
\n

Requirements

\n
• Proven sales success as a top performer— in-home, door-to-door, automotive, or high-ticket sales experience preferred
\n
• Relentless drive to hit and exceed sales quotas
\n
• Live by a mantra of "never put off until tomorrow what you can tackle today"
\n
• Confident negotiator with strong closing skills
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
\n
• Highly competitive and self-motivated with a “no-excuses” mentality
\n
• Ability to think on your feet and adapt quickly on appointments
\n
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
\n
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
\n
