Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose and understand clients' mental health statuses, using standardized tools and clinical interviews.

• Provide individual therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.

• Establish clear therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients and actively monitor and adjust treatment plans based on client progress.

• Utilize our teletherapy platform effectively for virtual sessions, ensuring a seamless experience for clients regardless of geographical barriers.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment plans to adhere to ethical and regulatory standards.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through training, supervision, and relevant workshops to enhance clinical skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As part of our practice, you will be working with a diverse clientele, including individuals dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker-R (LCSW-R).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

Compensation and Benefits\n
