Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to develop and tailor treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic interventions including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to facilitate healing.

• Maintaining accurate clinical records in compliance with HIPAA and other relevant regulations, ensuring timely documentation of patient interactions and progress.

• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, consisting of psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate care and optimize treatment outcomes.

• Participating in case consultations and peer review meetings to continuously enhance the quality of therapeutic interventions.

• Providing educational resources and guidance to patients and their families about mental health conditions, coping strategies, and community resources available.

• Staying current with research in mental health and integrating findings into your therapeutic practice for improved patient outcomes.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this position, you must have:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington State.

• At least 2 years of clinical experience, predominantly providing psychotherapy services in a healthcare or mental health setting.

Preferred Experience\n
