This contract position is full-year and focuses exclusively on in-person therapy, supporting student growth and independence. You’ll work one day per week (7.5-hour day), with flexibility to select the best weekday for your schedule—all while managing a reasonable caseload of just 14 students.

Desired Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapist license and certification.
• Experience in school-based settings preferred.
• Proficient in evaluation, planning, and implementing individualized therapy within IEP guidelines.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and other professionals.
• Commitment to fostering student success within a diverse school community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver in-person occupational therapy services to K-12 students with a variety of needs.
• Assess students and develop individualized goals to support classroom participation and skill development.
• Document progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with school and professional standards.
• Participate in IEP meetings and offer input regarding therapy recommendations.
• Provide consultation with school staff and families to ensure cohesive and supportive intervention.
• Adapt and tailor interventions to enhance students’ functional abilities in the school setting.
