Key Qualifications:

• Active OT license valid in the state of Delaware
• Previous experience in school-based occupational therapy preferred
• Ability to design and implement evidence-based interventions for children
• Strong communication and collaborative skills for working with students, staff, and families
• Reliable and punctual for consistent in-person sessions

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy services to a caseload of 14 students
• Assess, plan, and deliver individualized therapy based on IEP goals
• Maintain thorough documentation in accordance with school guidelines and legal requirements
• Consult regularly with teachers and families to support student program development
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members as needed
• Attend meetings and contribute to a supportive, student-centered atmosphere
