A company is looking for a Litigation Associate with 3-5 years of experience in general commercial litigation. Key Responsibilities Handle discovery, motion practice, research and writing Attend court and deposition appearances in support of commercial and financial services litigation teams Work directly with local and national clients while being mentored by experienced attorneys Required Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in litigation at a law firm Juris doctorate required Must be licensed to practice in the United States Experience with commercial litigation clients preferred Willingness to work in a fully remote setting
