U.S. Licensed Legal Counsel, seeking a full-time attorney to develop legal strategies, support compliance with laws and regulations, and advise business teams in the blockchain industry. Key Responsibilities Develop strategies for evaluating complex business risks Build scalable processes to enhance business agility Research and advise on legal frameworks and compliance issues globally Required Qualifications License to practice law in a U.S. jurisdiction or equivalent in Ireland or the UK 4 years at a top law firm or 3 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines Proven ability to take ownership of projects and translate legal analysis into action
