Accounting Manager

We are seeking an analytical, detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Manager to join our finance team. The ideal candidate is methodical and possess expertise in analyzing historical data, looking for record discrepancies, problem resolving, reconciling general ledgers, financial reporting, and using various software tools and computer literacy to support the company’s growth and operational efficiency. This role is a great opportunity for professionals with a strong foundation in accounting principles , and financial management to contribute to our organization’s financial integrity and compliance. Responsibilities Full cycle AP and full cycle AR Process Payroll and Bank account reconciliation Preparing AIA forms (G702 & G703) Organize hundreds of receipts for multiple projects and billing purposes via AIA forms and accounting system each month Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements Ability to make journal entries Prepare schedules to support balance sheet general ledgers for auditors. Document financial transactions by entering account information. Substantiate financial transactions by auditing documents. Support Corporate Controller for various projects and tasks when needed Requirements and Experience MUST have 4+ years handling AIA forms Bachelor’s in Accounting or related Experience is preferred but not required Proficiency in using Adobe, Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Gmail Self motivation Solid knowledge of GAAP and regulations Ability to work under pressure, fast pace and multitasking #J-18808-Ljbffr
