Executive Assistant Job DescriptionWill work 75% of time with CEO and will work 25% of the time with the Senior CounselSchedule executive meetings and travel plansAssisting executives in meetings, preparing documents and presentationsNeed to attend phone calls from clients and also respond to the emails received from clients and concerned party members without failUpdating executive about appointments with various clientsEnsure all reports and data files are arranged to avoid inconvenience in business mattersPrepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, and databaseGreet visitors and determine whether they should be given access to specific individuals
