Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments of clients to identify their mental health needs, concerns, and therapy goals, crafting tailored treatment plans that reflect their unique circumstances.

• Facilitate one-on-one counseling sessions using a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and person-centered therapy, depending on client needs.

• Provide teletherapy services to ensure accessibility for clients preferring virtual sessions, making mental health support available to individuals with transportation or mobility challenges.
