Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will undertake the following responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify individual treatment needs and any co-occurring disorders.

• Develop and implement personalized, evidence-based treatment plans with measurable goals tailored to each client’s circumstances and aspirations.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions focused on addiction recovery, trauma, mental health concerns, and coping strategies to promote resilience.

• Regularly monitor clients' progress throughout their recovery journey and adjust treatment plans in response to their evolving needs and feedback.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, social workers, addiction counselors, and other health professionals, ensuring a holistic approach to client care.

• Deliver education to clients and their families about mental health, addiction recovery practices, and available resources for support.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records and documentation in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

Compensation and Benefits\n
