Work Environment\n

This remote work opportunity allows for a flexible schedule predominantly during weekdays, with hours from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday. Occasional evening or weekend hours may be required to accommodate client needs. Working from a home office, candidates will utilize telehealth platforms to deliver services, making remote work not only convenient but also impactful.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, ensuring to establish trust and foster positive therapeutic relationships while upholding professional boundaries and confidentiality.

• Conduct regular progress reviews with clients, allowing for the assessment of treatment efficacy and readiness for discharge planning.

• Design, implement, and routinely update personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation for each client’s progress, treatment plan, and outcomes in compliance with best practices and regulatory standards.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to formulate initial treatment plans and identify appropriate therapeutic interventions.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based techniques tailored to individual client needs.

• Engage in regular individual supervision sessions to reflect on practice and professional development.

• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals, providing integrated care and sharing knowledge to enhance client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working primarily with an outpatient population, providing much-needed support to a variety of clients, including children, adults, and families. Our clientele often faces challenges ranging from anxiety and depression to more complex emotional and behavioral issues. Each client presents unique needs, and your therapeutic approach will be tailored accordingly to empower them on their journey to improved mental health.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling.

• An active, unrestricted License as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in New Jersey.

• At least two years of post-graduate experience working in a clinical outpatient setting.
\n
• Proficient in using technology, including Microsoft Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY, for documentation and client management.
\n
• Experience in providing direct psychotherapy services and comfortable conducting intake assessments with sensitivity and professionalism.

Preferred Experience\n

While at least two years of experience is required, candidates with additional specialization in family systems therapy or trauma-informed care are highly encouraged to apply. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and previous remote work experience can be beneficial in navigating this role efficiently.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $75,000 to $90,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
