Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your responsibilities will include:

• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to assist clients in managing their symptoms effectively.

• Collaborating closely with psychiatrists and medical staff to ensure holistic care, participating in treatment reviews to evaluate medication management and therapeutic interventions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of New Jersey.

• A proven understanding of evidence-based treatment approaches for mood disorders, with specific expertise in CBT and DBT.
