Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' situations, establishing their therapy goals and areas for intervention.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique values, strengths, and challenges.

• Facilitate therapy sessions using evidence-based interventions for clients experiencing a variety of challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, and life transitions.

• Provide crisis intervention and support for clients facing immediate emotional distress or urgent situations.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including other clinicians and healthcare providers, to coordinate care and follow-up, ensuring a holistic approach to client well-being.

• Participate in regular case consultations and training opportunities to continually refine your therapeutic approaches and ensure adherence to best practices and ethical standards.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation using secure electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Engage in outreach and community education efforts to promote mental health awareness and resource availability.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.

• Current licensure to practice as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Oregon.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of professional experience as a licensed therapist is required, candidates with specialized skills in trauma, adolescent therapy, or couples counseling will be highly valued. Previous experience in a remote therapy environment is also a plus.
