Position Overview They are seeking a skilled Litigation Associate with a strong background in Civil Litigation and Bankruptcy. This role offers the opportunity to handle high-stakes litigation matters, including lender litigation and judicial foreclosures, while providing strategic solutions to complex challenges. Key Responsibilities Civil Litigation: Manage all stages of litigation in state and federal courts. Bankruptcy: Relief from stay motions. Lender Litigation & Judicial Foreclosures: Represent clients with dedication and expertise. Alternative Dispute Resolution: Guide clients through arbitration, mediation, and negotiation. Client Communication: Provide clear, solutions-focused guidance to clients throughout their matters. Qualifications 5-7 years of Civil Litigation experience with a proven track record of success. Bankruptcy experience required. Expertise in representing clients across various litigation matters, including business, commercial, and property disputes. Licensed to practice law in California. Courtroom experience with demonstrated advocacy and negotiation skills. Ideal Candidate Self-Motivated: Works independently without the need for micromanagement. The firm offers comprehensive training and continuous support but values autonomy and initiative. Highly Communicative: Thrives in a fast-paced environment where prompt, clear communication is essential. Aims to respond to all communications within 2 hours and guarantees a response within 1 business day. Client-Centric: Balances the demands of clients and opposing counsel with professionalism and composure. Effective client communication is valued as highly as legal competency. Solutions-Oriented: Focuses on providing actionable strategies and outcomes, not just identifying obstacles. Problem-solving is at the core of this firm's success. Salary: $170K - $200K (Based on experience) + Discretionary Annual Bonus. Insurance: 100% Paid Medical, Vision, and Dental Coverage.
