Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, fostering rapport and meaningful relationships while upholding professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular client meetings to discuss therapeutic progress, address any concerns, and plan for future sessions or discharges as appropriate.

• Create, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans that reflect the client’s unique circumstances and aspirations.

• Maintain diligent and accurate documentation of client progress notes and treatment records to ensure adherence to best practices and regulatory compliance.

• Administer intake assessments to evaluate new clients and determine appropriate treatment pathways.

• Conduct individual therapy sessions each week, focusing on evidence-based practices to address various mental health concerns.

• Engage in individual supervision to enhance clinical skills, gain insights, and promote professional growth.

Qualifications\n
