Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments that consider cultural factors and provide personalized interventions tailored to individual, couple, and family needs.

• Formulate and execute crisis management strategies, including safety planning, relapse prevention techniques, and structured recovery plans to support client autonomy.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic methods, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, to address a variety of mental health issues.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in compliance with regulatory standards and organizational protocols.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is mandatory.

• Active and unrestricted Virginia state license as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPC.

• Demonstrated ability to assess, manage and respond to diverse client needs efficiently.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least two years of post-licensure experience providing direct clinical services in a mental health setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
