Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct assessments and evaluations to diagnose mental health conditions, develop individualized treatment plans, and document progress in compliance with company policies.

• Employ creative and diverse therapeutic interventions to help clients achieve identified goals and enhance their overall well-being.

• Coordinate care with other professionals, such as case managers, families, school staff, and medical personnel when necessary to offer comprehensive support to clients.

• Proactively engage in clinical meetings and training sessions to align practices with the latest developments in the field and strive towards continuous improvement.

• Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned that contribute to the overall functionality of the department.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or a related field, from an accredited institution.

• Active clinical licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Virginia is required.

• Proven ability to set and maintain appropriate boundaries with clients to foster a safe therapeutic environment.

Preferred Experience\n
