Senior Oncology Account Manager, Manhattan

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Oncology Account Manager, Manhattan to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This territory-based role will focus on driving adoption of an oncology portfolio in a competitive market, with a strong emphasis on patient access, customer relationships, and execution against performance goals. The position partners closely with internal stakeholders to support timely product availability and to adapt engagement strategies across virtual and in-person channels. It also requires using market insights to guide business planning and make the most effective use of territory resources. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $150,000 – $230,000 annually Responsibilities Effectively market the product portfolio within the assigned territory Exceed performance goals by positioning product benefits for appropriate patients Manage time efficiently to prioritize activities that enhance brand value and patient impact Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely access to products for eligible patients Adapt engagement strategies between virtual and in-person interactions based on customer preferences Analyze market data to inform business planning and optimize resource utilization Build and maintain deep customer relationships while offering innovative solutions Qualifications MA, MS, BA, or BS degree 12-15+ years of experience in the biopharma industry 8-12+ years of oncology product sales experience with a proven track record Experience launching oral oncolytics and oncology products with companion diagnostics Demonstrated success in competitive marketplaces and solo-representative selling environments Ability to meet travel requirements and reside permanently in the assigned territory Benefits Competitive cash compensation and robust equity awards Strong benefits package including health and wellness programs Significant learning and development opportunities to enhance career growth Flexible work arrangements with remote options available Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
