Executive Chef Full-Time | Upscale, Chef-Driven Restaurant Group We are partnering with a high-growth, chef-driven restaurant group known for its scratch kitchens, elevated standards, and strong internal promotion track. With multiple new concepts opening, this is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on Executive Chef looking to be part of a vibrant and expanding chef-driven group. Responsibilities: Lead and support a back-of-house team of 25-30 team members Work side-by-side with the BOH team to drive daily kitchen operations Be a visible leader on the line during service —this is a hands-on role Ensure consistency in food quality, execution, and presentation Train, coach, and develop team members Support menu execution and contribute ideas for seasonal offerings Use Toast for menu updates and onboarding related functions within the restaurant Maintain awareness of food cost and operational efficiency You Have: Technical Experience: Background in scratch kitchens (upscale casual or fine dining preferred) Strong knife skills and butchery experience Experience in high-volume, high-standard environments Ability to perform in an open kitchen setting Toast & Restaurant 365 preferred Leadership & Mindset: Leads with ownership and accountability Brings solutions—not just problems Maintains composure under pressure Strong communicator with a team-first mentality Looking for long-term growth , not just the next job Benefits: Generous base salary plus bonus potential Healthcare coverage Creativity encouraged Dining perks People-focused culture that is expanding JOB ID : 179125#post Melissa Driza #J-18808-Ljbffr
