Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to understand each client's unique situation and needs. Use evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions to tailor individualized treatment plans.

• Deliver a variety of therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), adapting your approach based on client goals and progress.

• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations by maintaining accurate, confidential clinical records and documents to uphold our standard of ethical practice.

• Collaborate effectively with our multidisciplinary team, sharing insights and strategies during case consultations to improve client outcomes.

• Provide education and support to patients and families, helping them understand mental health conditions and navigate available treatment options and community resources.

• Incorporate the latest research and advancements in mental health into your practice to enhance treatment efficacy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Arizona.
