Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide psychological evaluation and psychotherapy services to clients, utilizing evidence-based techniques tailored to individual needs.

• Oversee the training and supervision of interns and trainees, ensuring that all required documentation and performance evaluations comply with university standards and agency policies.

• Facilitate ongoing workshops and training sessions for interns, collaborating closely with educational institutions to adapt to evolving federal, state, and county regulations.

• Conduct auditing and quality assurance of clinical documentation and client records to meet compliance standards and ensure integrity in reporting.

• Participate in clinical case consultations and provide guidance to interns and staff in crisis and non-crisis situations via phone and in-person as needed.

• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the AWARDS electronic health record system for accurate data entry and tracking of client progress.
\n
• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, documenting progress and any changes in a timely manner.
\n
• Ensure that the clinic environment is conducive to therapy, maintaining a neat and organized space, and reporting maintenance issues promptly.
\n
• Complete programmatic reports and updates as required by the Director, contributing to continuous improvement strategies for clinical services.

• Engage actively with program and agency meetings to foster team cohesion and enhance service delivery objectives.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
