Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform crisis intervention assessments, integrating best practices to create effective, personalized treatment strategies.

• Deliver specialized therapeutic techniques for adolescents with serious mental illness, cognitive impairments, or developmental disabilities, addressing unique treatment requirements.

• Organize and lead group counseling sessions, focusing on relevant mental health topics such as anxiety, depression, and resilience.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes to support effective care delivery.
