Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual and group psychotherapy sessions to patients coping with mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, and PTSD, utilizing therapeutic techniques tailored to each individual's needs.

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ mental health histories and current psychological states, analyzing their emotional, behavioral, and social functioning to inform treatment decisions.

• Develop and implement customized treatment plans grounded in evidence-based practices while considering the unique cultural and personal backgrounds of each patient.

• Engage in regular consultations with psychiatrists, primary care physicians, and other healthcare personnel to discuss patient progress and modify treatment plans when necessary.

• Monitor and document patient progress, modifying treatment strategies based on patient feedback and clinical observations to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment alternatives, and resources available in their communities for ongoing support.

You will primarily work with adolescents and young adults who are experiencing significant emotional and psychological difficulties. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.
