This position allows for a flexible remote work setting while engaging directly with schools and working closely with educational staff. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will have the autonomy to manage your schedule within standard working hours, Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy and mental health services to students dealing with conditions such as anxiety, depression, and PTSD. Tailor interventions to meet the unique needs of each patient.

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate emotional, behavioral, and social functioning, and create individualized treatment plans accordingly.

• Collaborate with educators, school administrators, and other healthcare professionals to facilitate an integrated approach to student mental health.

• Monitor and document patient progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans as needed based on clinical effectiveness and patient feedback.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and available community resources, offering support at every stage of the treatment process.

• Maintain adherence to ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and the integrity of each patient’s information.

The primary client focus in this role revolves around school-aged children and adolescents facing diverse mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of two years of experience, preferably within educational settings or with youth populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
