Business Development Manager – Building Services $80,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission A respected leader in the commercial building services industry is seeking a Business Development Manager to grow new business throughout Dade and Broward Counties If you're a true hunter with experience selling facility or building services, this is an excellent opportunity to represent a broad portfolio of solutions while building long-term relationships with commercial clients. Responsibilities Prospect and develop new business opportunities. Build relationships with property managers, building owners, REITs, and facility leaders. Conduct client meetings and facility walkthroughs. Present customized solutions and manage the sales process from prospecting through closing. Partner with operations to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. Services You'll Represent Janitorial & commercial cleaning Security & concierge services Facility maintenance & support HVAC oversight and preventive maintenance Building monitoring and emergency response Qualifications 3+ years of B2B sales experience selling building services, janitorial, facility management, maintenance, HVAC, or related services. Proven ability to generate new business. Strong consultative sales, presentation, and negotiation skills. Self-motivated with excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
