Key Responsibilities:

• Greet residents and guests warmly, providing attentive and courteous service
• Serve meals and beverages in accordance with safety and quality standards
• Assist residents with dining needs, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area before, during, and after service
• Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and seamless dining operations
• Respond promptly to residents' requests and feedback, demonstrating empathy and professionalism

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a server in a restaurant, assisted living, or senior care setting
• Genuine compassion and a caring attitude toward seniors
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights as needed
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices
