Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' needs, challenges, and goals.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with best practices and respect each client's cultural background.

• Provide therapy sessions via telehealth and in-person at our outpatient office, ensuring HIPAA compliance and a safe space for all clients.
\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to provide comprehensive care.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as CBT, TF-CBT, or EMDR, to assist clients in their healing journeys.
\n
• Document client interactions and progress accurately using electronic health record (EHR) software and ensure proper record-keeping as per HIPAA regulations.

• Engage in regular supervision and professional development, enhancing essential therapeutic skills.
\n
• Participate in community outreach initiatives, workshops, and training sessions organized by Crossroad to further promote mental health awareness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Crossroad, you will work with a diverse client base, including children, teenagers, adults, and families. Our clients come from various cultural backgrounds, and your ability to provide bilingual services in both English and Spanish will be particularly valuable in ensuring effective communication and therapeutic rapport. Your expertise will play a pivotal role in addressing a range of issues such as trauma, grief, relationship challenges, and mental health disorders.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• An active and unrestricted LMFT license in the state of Arizona.
\n
• Proficiency in both English and Spanish, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health setting working with children, adults, and families.
\n
• Respect for diverse cultural practices and an ability to adapt therapeutic approaches to fit clients' unique needs.

• Familiarity with therapeutic modalities such as CBT, EMDR, or similar approaches, with a specified area of specialization being a plus.

• Deeper understanding and commitment to ethical practice, adhering to all HIPAA regulations.
\n
• A valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance for potential in-person engagements.
\n
• Willingness to provide evening and weekend sessions on a regular basis.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with telehealth platforms and tools, along with a strong ability to adapt therapy techniques for virtual sessions.

• Demonstrated experience in specializing in trauma, LGBTQ+, grief and loss, or perinatal mental health.

• Prior experience in electronic health record (EHR) systems and proficiency in using Microsoft Office and related software.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between $70,000 and $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
