Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify the mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources for each client. \n
- Deliver individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based modalities, with a focus on creating safe and supportive therapeutic environments. \n
- Implement therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, or trauma-informed care to facilitate client healing and personal growth. \n
- Develop and execute personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, establishing clear goals and appropriate interventions. \n
- Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary treatment team to ensure seamless care and support for clients, contributing to client-centered treatment planning. \n
- Provide crisis intervention, risk assessment, and safety planning as needed to support clients experiencing emergencies. \n
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation according to ethical and professional standards. \n

Qualifications\n- \n
- A master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field. \n
- A valid state licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). \n
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience, ideally within outpatient settings. \n
While not mandatory, candidates with experience in family therapy, trauma-informed care, or evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or solution-focused therapy will be prioritized. Additionally, familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems is beneficial for maintaining documentation and client information.
Compensation and Benefits\nThis full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
