Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health status and create tailored treatment plans.

• Provide individual therapy sessions using evidence-based, solution-focused therapeutic modalities tailored to clients’ unique needs and goals.

• Utilize teletherapy systems to conduct virtual therapy sessions efficiently and effectively.

• Offer crisis intervention services, as needed, ensuring immediate support for clients in distress.

• Participate in ongoing professional development to maintain knowledge of best practices, ensuring the highest standard of care is provided.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, vital for building rapport with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. In addition to a rewarding salary, you will receive:
