Assistant Fund Manager

Tarvos Talent is looking for a talented Assistant Fund Controller for a great client in the Financial Services realm. Responsibilities Oversee fund accounting and reporting for multiple venture funds and related vehicles Manage and review work performed by the outsourced fund administrator Prepare and review quarterly and annual financial statements Coordinate annual audits and serve as primary liaison with external auditors Support capital calls, distributions, and waterfall calculations Review NAVs, partner capital accounts, and investor allocations Assist with valuation processes in coordination with the investment team Prepare investor reporting materials and respond to LP inquiries Support regulatory and compliance requirements (RIA structure) Partner with internal teams across the management company (GP) and fund entities Qualifications 6+ years of experience in fund accounting/finance Strong experience with venture capital or private equity funds preferred CPA preferred (not required) Experience working with outsourced administrators Strong knowledge of US GAAP and partnership accounting Detail-oriented with ability to operate in a growing, less hierarchical environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Tarvos Talent
