Key Responsibilities\n

• Assess client needs through comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized therapy plans tailored to each person’s unique circumstances.

• Deliver high-quality therapeutic interventions, utilizing a range of evidence-based techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused approaches.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions and conduct family and couples counseling to address relational dynamics and emotional challenges.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards while contributing to the continuous improvement of our clinical practices.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic client care, integrating input from various healthcare professionals.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and seminars to stay informed about the latest developments in mental health practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LPC at High Point Advance Medical PC, you will work with a diverse population of clients ranging from children to adults who experience various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. You will play a crucial role in supporting clients in their journeys towards recovery and improved mental health.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients and collaborate with colleagues.

Compensation and Benefits\n

High Point Advance Medical PC offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
