This role operates in a fully remote setting, enabling our therapists to provide support to clients while enjoying flexibility and work-life balance. Though remote, our collaborative culture promotes regular communication and connection among team members through virtual meetings, case consultations, and ongoing training sessions. The position involves a standard work schedule of Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., allowing for consistent work hours focused on client care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess the intensity, frequency, and duration of clients' mood disorder symptoms, forming the basis for individualized care plans.

• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that reflect their unique goals and preferences while using evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care techniques to enhance coping skills and encourage participation in their healing process.

• Monitor and document client progress meticulously, using ongoing assessments to modify treatment plans as needed, ensuring a personalized approach to care.
