Key Responsibilities\n

• Directly engage with clients, through virtual consultations and community outreach, to assess and address the symptoms of major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders.

• Contribute to a collaborative team atmosphere by actively participating in meetings, sharing insights, and supporting the achievement of common goals.

• Build and maintain trusting relationships with clients and co-workers, demonstrating a commitment to cultural competency and understanding diverse backgrounds.

• Conduct brief, evidence-based assessments, and if necessary, arrange for more comprehensive evaluations to connect clients with appropriate resources.

• Develop, implement, and manage integrated care plans that ensure clients have access to necessary services and maintain effective communication among clients, their families, and healthcare providers.

• Provide a range of focused prevention, treatment, and recovery services tailored to individual client needs, including individual, group, and family therapy.
\n
• Participate in crisis intervention efforts, offering immediate support and strategies for managing acute episodes.
\n
• Monitor client progress through assessment, treatment plans, and adjusting care as needed for optimal outcomes.
\n
• Ensure compliance with professional and ethical standards, submitting all reporting and data in a timely manner.
\n
• Fulfill on-call responsibilities as required, providing support beyond standard office hours when necessary.

• Engage in quality improvement committees to enhance service delivery and client experiences.

This role is particularly focused on clients experiencing significant mental health challenges, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, PTSD, and severe emotional disorders. Qualifications\n

Heart Share Community Services offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 85,000 yearly, commensurate with experience.
