About the Opportunity

The Connor Group is seeking a highly accomplished Regional Vice President to provide executive leadership for a portfolio of luxury apartment communities in one of our established markets across the country. Must be open to relocation for this opportunity.

We are a $5 billion real estate investment firm operating in 17 major markets nationwide. Our continued growth is driven by disciplined execution, operational excellence, and a culture built on accountability and performance.

Please note that relocation will likely be required for this opportunity, with the specific location determined based on organizational needs. Ideally Dayton/Cincinnati, OH. area or close by in the Midwest.

Position Overview

The Regional Vice President will provide both strategic leadership and hands-on operational oversight for a portfolio within one of our key markets. This leader will be responsible for driving performance, developing high-impact teams, and ensuring operational execution at the highest level.

This role requires a leader who is equally comfortable setting strategy and rolling up their sleeves to execute.

· Strong experience developing high-performing teams and succession pipelines.

· High level of personal and team accountability.

· Strategic thinker with a hands-on management style.
