About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Finance for Global Operations. The successful candidate will be a strategic leader and business partner, providing financial support and insights to the EVP of Global Operations. This role is pivotal in driving a culture of data-driven decision-making, developing business plans, and financial analyses to support profitable results. The VP of Finance will also be responsible for financial planning, analysis, and reporting, as well as ensuring strong financial governance, and leading continuous improvement initiatives. A key aspect of the role is to maintain a continuous improvement mindset, embracing process change, and the use of automation tools to enhance financial processes and reporting capabilities. Applicants must have an undergraduate degree in a relevant field, with an MBA and/or professional certifications preferred. A minimum of 15 years of experience in accounting, financial analysis, and reporting is required, with a proven track record in leading finance organizations across multiple countries. The role demands executive-level communication, presentation, and influencing skills, as well as the ability to lead and mentor a team of financial professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategic and planning initiatives, and a demonstrated ability to lead people to achieve results. Experience in cash flow management and securing funding for strategic initiatives is also essential.
