About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President, Manufacturing to join their Senior Leadership Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Ohio Operations, with a focus on strategic guidance, budget and finance management, continuous improvement, and succession planning. This role requires a hands-on approach to ensure the start-up, maintenance, and enhancement of operations in a new tissue processing and biologics facility, while adhering to all relevant requirements. The Vice President, Manufacturing will also be instrumental in developing and executing capacity expansion strategies, leading continuous improvement initiatives, and partnering with executive and functional leaders to support the company's growth and operational excellence. Applicants must have a minimum of 12 years' experience in a related field, a Bachelor's degree, and a background in medical device, tissue, biologics, or other regulated industries. Experience in leading a manufacturing facility, operating within a cGMP environment, and a proven track record with FDA and other regulated audits are essential. The role demands a leader with strong communication skills, a proactive approach to planning, and a demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams. The Vice President, Manufacturing will be expected to manage operational KPIs, ensure EHS compliance, and drive IT strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a champion of the company's core values, with a commitment to making a profound impact on patients' lives.
