This person analyzes, develops and presents options for technology integration into program delivery. Works as collaborative team member to successfully deliver artificial intelligence, real time data and dashboards, as well as complex analysis for client data.Develops, writes, and edits material for technology implementation, options and outcomes to ensure client expectations are met. Analyzes trends and works with management within program. Reviews complex work processes, data and make recommendations for improvements with a proven ability to distill complex business issues into easily understandable terms for a variety of audiences. The selected candidate must have excellent team-player attitude, with ability to consistently demonstrate the highest levels of professionalism, integrity, mutual respect and accountability to others.Technical/Functional Responsibilities:Organizes data, graphs and other material in a logical format and executes reporting as needed on a regular intervalCompares data to established norms to verify consistent updates and validity to baseline dataReviews published reports, materials and recommends revisions or changes in data, format, or contentPerforms data analysis and organizes data for ease of viewing via software toolsHere's what you'll need:5-7 years' experience as a business or technical analyst with demonstrated work productsAbility to work in teams and actively participate in making decisions and show problem-solving capabilitiesCapable of analyzing complex issues and evaluating alternatives to achieve quality solutionsStrong communication skills, both verbal and written are criticalStrong detail orientation and problem-solving skillsMust have the ability to contribute to a team environment and work across multiple departmentsStrong organizational skills with the ability to track and prioritize numerous simultaneous tasksDemonstrated knowledge of technical options, systems and artificial intelligenceProven ability to work under pressureReview team deliverables and coordinate feedback from stakeholdersContribute toward improving methods and practicesPosted Salary Range: Minimum 102,900.00 Posted Salary Range: Upper 135,075.00Our health and welfare benefits are designed to invest in you, and in the things you care about.
