Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments, ensuring alignment with each client's unique circumstances and goals.

• Engage in regular one-on-one and couples therapy sessions, utilizing a range of therapeutic approaches tailored to meet varying client needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals and families facing diverse mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, relational issues, substance abuse, and life transitions. You will employ evidence-based practices to create a nurturing space for clients to share their experiences and find effective strategies for managing their emotional well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A valid California license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field is essential.

• Demonstrated expertise in therapeutic practices including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and family systems therapy.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build a rapport quickly with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n
